I've been a realtor for over 12 years and have worked with South Florida Title Associates many times, and am always pleased with their thoroughness & service to me, my clients and everyone involved in the deals. Recently, their title rep Pam Greene took a VERY last-minute same day remote signing & notarizing of seller's documents, and she went Above and Beyond to take good care of my client. Pam squeezed her into her schedule, made time to arrive with printed out documents, got there on time/was patient and efficient going through everything, AND then even resolved a FedEx label & delivery issue that came up to get everything done by the end of day deadline. These are the BIG "little things" that keep me happy to work with them! Can't sing her praises enough.​
