Her knowledge of each page, what the lenders are looking for, why we need something or not, basically the pros and cons of everything happening, making sure all information was incluand executed; she is a true PROFESSIONAL. Our 2nd closing with her and both super smooth. Her office was also timely, responsive and helped us make our deal happen without any delay. Pam is definitely highly recommended.
